Late Punch Report

Who punched in after their shift started, how often, and how many hours it adds up to. See Reports – the basics for Search and Show.

The page opens empty: "To Search for results – Choose from date, to date, and working location, then click View to load the report."

1. Run the report

Click the Dates pill. "Leave a box empty for no limit. Both boxes filled means between those two days." Click the first box and pick the first day, click the second and pick the last day (use the two lists at the top of the calendar for the month and the year), then Done. Both days must be today or earlier, and the first day cannot come after the last.
Optionally click Working Location and pick one; All covers every location.
Click View. Clear all filters starts again.

Column	What it shows
Working Location	The employee's working location.
Employee Name	Who it is.
Late Days	On how many days the employee punched in late.
Late Hours	The total time late, for example 52 hrs 17 mins.
Actions	The eye icon, View late punch records.

The bar at the bottom, Total Time Wasted, adds up the late hours of every row that has been loaded.

2. See the late days of one employee

Click the eye icon on the employee's row. Late Punch Records opens with the employee's name, the dates and the location, and one row for every late day.

Column	What it shows
Date	The late day.
Shift Start Time	When the shift was due to start.
Punch Time	When the employee actually punched in.
Late By (Hours)	How late, for example 1 hours 15 minutes late.
Reason	The reason the employee chose or wrote – see Late Punch-In Reasons.
Punch GPS Location	Where the punch was made.
Picture	The photo taken at the punch.

The last row adds up the late time of the whole list. Search and Show work inside the window too; Close returns to the report.
